Ship to us without

Once you’ve locked in your quote, choose a shipping option that suits;

  • We send you a free post pack: delivered overnight, ready to use, or
  • We email you a courier label (fastest option): print it and stick it on your parcel and make sure it’s padded for a safe journey.

Postage is on us – always.

Pack your phone safely using the instructions included in your post pack. Then, you can either:

  • Drop it at your nearest Post Office, or
  • Book a courier collection by calling 0800 268 743 (Mon–Fri 7am–6pm, Sat 8am–12pm) or visiting courierpickup.courierpost.co.nz


Every parcel comes with an NZ Post tracking link, so you can follow your phone’s journey all the way to us.
