Lock it in & send it
We’ll grab a couple of quick details (ID, address, payment method) – then you choose how to send your phone by either;
- Free post pack delivered overnight, or
- Courier label to print and stick on your parcel.
Drop it at a Post Office or book a pickup – postage is always free and fully insured. Once it’s scanned by the courier, it’s our responsibility.
3.
We’ll check it
When your phone arrives, we give it a careful once-over:
- If it matches your description, your price is locked in.
- If there’s a difference, we’ll explain why and send you an updated quote.
Don’t like it? No stress, we’ll return it free of charge.
4.
Get paid
Once you’re happy, we pay you fast. The money goes straight into your NZ bank account (or directly to a charity if you choose). Payment usually lands within one business day of approval.
