Good

A phone that’s been looked after but shows normal signs of use.

  • Light scratches or scuffs OK, but no significant damage
  • No cracks in screen or back glass
  • Everything works as it should
  • No replaced parts – all parts genuine
  • Healthy battery with normal use

💡 Note: If your phone needs a new battery but is otherwise in good condition, we’ll reduce the price by $30–$70 depending on model and battery health.

Poor

Still kicking, but a bit more worn or has a noticeable fault.

  • Major scratches or scuffs
  • Might have dents, chips or cracks
  • Works, but has an issue of some kind

Think of this as your “needs some TLC” tier.

Note: A minor, superficial crack might see us reduce the offer to somewhere between good and poor condition.

Faulty/Broken

Seen better days, but generally we’ll still take it.

  • Doesn’t turn on
  • More than one fault (e.g. damaged display and frame).
  • Liquid damage

We can offer something back for most recent, common models, provided it’s not locked, blacklisted, or missing parts. Even if it’s too rough to resell, we can use it for parts, or recycle it responsibly so nothing goes to waste.
